Alan Stromberg was born and raised in Ogden, UT and attended Weber State College. He moved to Salt Lake City where he worked as a residential designer under the guidance of locally acclaimed architect Ron Molen.

In 1976 Alan was commissioned to design the condo project of "La Dolce Vita" in Boulder City. He was so impressed with Southern Nevada, that he immediately called Boulder City "home". He and his bride, Ellen Lamb, were married on Lake Mead in 1977 and they enjoy their residence overlooking beautiful Lake Mead.

Alan maintains Architectural licenses in Nevada, Washington State and Arizona.

Alan is also a real estate developer, and he and his partners designed and built "Lake Terrace", consisting of 35 Townhouses and 81 Custom home lots overlooking Lake Mead.

Although Alan has completed numerous custom home projects, he primarily focuses his efforts on commercial ventures, residential additions and remodels.

Alan is an active Rotarian, and he is a charter member of the Boulder City Sunrise Rotary Club. He was on the Boulder City Planning Commission for 3 years. Alan is a Nevada Real Estate Licensee and holds an unlimited Nevada State Contractors License.

Of the hundreds of projects, large and small, Alan's greatest accomplishment was to design the new Boulder City Library.
